About the client
SOS Systems are experts in print and document workflow solutions, working with a wide range of clients, including those in the legal and professional services sectors. Based in London, Gatwick and Southampton, their team supports businesses with smart, secure and sustainable technology designed to improve workflow and efficiency.
As part of a recent website refresh, SOS Systems wanted to update their visual content with photography that reflected their growth, energy and people-first approach.
SOS Systems brief
From our first conversation, it was clear that SOS Systems wanted their team photography to feel fresh, confident and human. They were after more than just standard headshots. They wanted to showcase their team in action and bring personality to their brand imagery.
Together we created a shot list that would include:
- Natural team portraits
- Informal and relaxed moments of the team at work
- Leadership images with character
- Detail shots to support the website design
The final images needed to feel authentic and consistent, aligning with the brand’s tone of voice and helping SOS Systems connect with both new and existing clients.
Our approach
We planned the shoot to be flexible, working around the team’s day-to-day activity. The photography took place in a relaxed office environment, where we could capture the SOS Systems team in a space that felt natural and familiar.
With years of experience photographing teams, I know how important it is to help people feel at ease in front of the camera, especially those who don’t enjoy having their photo taken. By keeping things informal and collaborative, we were able to capture genuine interactions and confident portraits that reflect the culture and professionalism of the business.
The results
The final set of photography gives SOS Systems a rich visual library to draw from, perfect for their new website, social media, and ongoing marketing.
