The business includes five distinct divisions – Energy, Hydronics, Fit & Forget, Process Valves and Prefab. In 2024, Essco Group embarked on a project to refresh their website. The project centred around capturing relaxed yet professional images of all teams across the business, including the senior leadership team, sales team, design department, finance department, assembly and despatch.
Essco Group values a professional and relaxed culture, so it was crucial that the refreshed team photography reflected this culture.
In 2024, Essco Group relocated to a new spacious 16,000 square foot premises in Southampton to better accommodate their assembly and stock operations. This photoshoot presented an excellent opportunity to capture the team in their modern and bright new UK office.
Working closely with the Essco Group marketing manager, we developed the brief and finalised the shot list.
The photoshoot took place in the office, assembly, and despatch areas, maintaining a relaxed and high-energy pace to ensure everyone remained energised throughout the shoot. Team members were supported and guided throughout the photoshoot to help them relax and showcase their natural personalities.
The marketing manager created a detailed brief of people and locations, so we carefully selected the best locations to create clean storytelling images in a busy manufacturing environment, while also keeping an eye on the changing natural light throughout the shoot.
With the marketing manager’s approval, we included a few fun photo setups to capture more artistic images and some playful shots of the entire team standing in front of the new head office.
Essco Group has seamlessly integrated its new photography into the existing website, complemented by a striking design, with a contemporary feel while maintaining an intuitive and user-friendly layout.
The company’s culture is evident throughout the website, with the team prominently featured and playing a central role in showcasing their expertise.
