Its trusted team of directly employed engineers helps deliver incredibly high customer service and support standards.
Premier Heating Solution’s brief
In 2024 Premier Heating Solutions started a project to update their website. The project focused on clarity, customer service and engaging visual content, with storytelling photography showing their team working on client projects.
The marketing team retained a few of the strongest images from previous photoshoots, with new heating engineering photography blending with the existing style and colour profile.
Our approach
Working closely with the Premier Heating Solutions marketing manager the brief was developed and a shot list agreed.
Photography took place at four locations with two full days of photography. Clients, locations and spaces were selected to reflect typical customer profiles, and a broad mix of plumbing and engineering jobs were photographed in a natural and relaxed style.
Clients and employees were photographed throughout the project to ensure the photography was authentic. An additional benefit of this approach is the team are recognisable. The heating engineers you see on the website are the same team who will visit to quote, or work on your heating repair or installation.
This style of photography required a supportive approach, guiding and helping the team relax in front of the camera.
The results
Premier Heating Solutions created a modern, fresh and easy to navigate website. Throughout the site engaging storytelling photography helps build an emotional connection with the viewer. The combination of authentic heating engineering photography, clear headlines and a call to action, guides the viewer. There’s an opportunity to learn more, speak to an expert or book a service or repair.
