Before your photo session
Families are pretty unique, so I’l want to get to know you a little first. We’ll talk about your celebration, the style of the event and the kind of photographs you’re looking for.
I’ll share a planning questionnaire – here you can outline any details or particular photos you’d like to be captured on the day. You’ll also receive my product list with all the printed products and packages to display your photos.
Your special occasion
On the day I’ll arrive just before your event starts. We’ll finalise any last-minute details and then you can leave me to it. I’ll photograph discretely capturing all the details, the interactions and the natural moments. If you’ve asked for a few group shots I’ll gently guide everyone and photograph quickly so we avoid any unnecessary waiting around.
Viewing and using your photos
I’ll carefully select and edit your best images within two weeks of your special occasion. You’ll have access to a private client portal – here you’ll be able to view a slideshow, select your favourite photos and share your gallery with family and friends.
Displaying your photos
Choosing how to display your photos is the final stage and the really fun bit. This is where you might select your favourites and consider how you’d like to personalise them and present them in your home, or as a gift. Unlike digital images, a print is chosen a little more consciously. This can be a fun part where we can choose the shot, the paper, the mount, the frame and so on to work in a particular place for particular reasons.
There’s plenty of options to choose from, including
- Hand crafted Folio fine art albums with a range of bespoke covers and finishes
- Single or multi framed prints, available in different sizes
- Giclée prints and mounted prints
- Gallery-style framed prints
- Canvas prints
